The 3D Data Graph

Use the 3D Data Graph to display the intensity or ratio profile of a region of interest in the Image window defined in the Data Inspector window. The graph automatically updates itself when you define a new ROI in the Image window or make other changes in the Data Inspector window. You can use mouse and key combinations to rotate and resize the graph.

Open the 3D Graph by clicking Show 3D Graph in the Data Inspector window.

Use

To

Mesh

Show or hide the mesh outline.

Shaded

Show or hide the polygon surface.

Contours

Show or hide iso-value lines.

Zones

Show or hide color coding of value ranges.

Smooth Zones

Turn color blending on or off (when Zones is selected).

TIP To view a two-dimensional contour map of the region of interest, unselect  Mesh, Shaded, and Bar Chart and select Contours, Zones, and Smooth Zones.

Bar Chart

Show bars instead of a smooth surface.

Legend

Show or hide a key showing color and value equivalents.

Keep Scale Constant

Control the range of the graph. When Keep Scale Constant is selected, the minimum and maximum intensity value of the entire image defines the range of the graph. Otherwise, the graph is scaled using the minimum and maximum values of the region of interest.

Note When both Keep Scale Constant and Legend are on, all cells in the legend may not be visible.

Add Optional Title
