Use the Resolve3D module to set up acquisition parameters, acquire an image, and design experiment macros that automatically collect data.
Set up Acquisition Parameters: Use the Settings window to set file output directories and to select camera settings for your experiment.
Acquire an Image: Use the joystick and the Resolve3D window to find the specimen, set the exposure time, and find the specimen thickness. Then acquire images manually and adjust these parameters until you are satisfied with the quality of the image.
Design an Experiment Macro: Use the Design Experiment tab in the Design/Run Experiment window to design an experiment macro that automatically collects image data. You can specify options to collect 3D images, select filters, set up time-lapse intervals, automatically collect data from several points, combine panels into one image, or quickly acquire images.
