Use the Blend Colors window to color each wavelength for your final images when you are using the Basic Color mode. You will need to use Blend Colors to:
Note No matter how many wavelengths are entered in Blend Colors, the final image is only a three wavelength image. These wavelengths are the red, green and blue components of all the input wavelengths blended together. In your final images, the individual wavelengths can no longer be turned on and off. The wavelengths that you put into the image are part of that image. The scaling for individual wavelengths cannot be changed, although the brightness can be controlled. |
Open the Blend Colors window by choosing View | Blend Colors from the main softWoRx menu.
