Select Polygons

Use Edit Polygon to select irregular polygon areas in an image file. This allows you to:

• Select data for 3D models or volume projections.

• Copy selected data to another file.

• Get statistics for selected areas.

Edit polygon provides tools that you can use:

To draw polygons

To copy polygons:

1. On the Edit Polygon window, choose Edit |  Propagate Polygon(s) to open the Propagate Polygons window.

2. To copy a polygon, select Current Selection. Then select the section (Z), time point (Time), and wavelength (Wave) to copy from and the range of sections, time points, and wavelengths to copy to.

3. To copy a polygon template, select Template. Then select the range of sections, time points, and wavelengths to copy the template to.

4. Click Do It to copy the polygons.
