The Localization Image Reconstruction Tool

Use the Localization Image Reconstruction Tool to “zoom-in” on a region of interest (ROI). In some cases, examining a region of interest will decrease the number of fluorophores used to generate the super-resolution image. This will decrease the memory needed to plot the data, allowing the user to choose a smaller final pixel size for the super-resolution reconstruction. A smaller final pixel size will increase the smoothness and sharpness of the image ROI.
