The Data Inspector Histogram displays the intensity distribution of a region of interest in the Image window. The bottom axis shows the range of intensity in the region of interest. The left axis shows the number of samples that fall within each bin (a bin is a range of values).
To change the appearance of the Histogram:
Click Graph Properties and change the attributes in the Graph Properties window.
To change the Histogram parameters:
Click Options and change the parameters in the Histogram Calculations window.
