softWoRx provides the following tools for analyzing intensity data in areas, lines, or points in the Image window:
Data Inspector displays image intensity and intensity ratio data in the area that is defined as the region of interest (ROI) in the Image window. You can simultaneously view a graphical image, table of intensity values, 3-D graph, and histogram of intensity values.
Line profile tools plot intensity values for pixels along a straight line in the Image window.
Point Tools are used to find points with minimum or maximum densities and to display information about pixels (e.g., intensity values and coordinates) that are under the mouse pointer.
Edit Polygon can be used to calculate statistics for polygon areas.
