From the softWoRx main menu, choose View | Resample2D to open the Resample2D window.
In the Input box, enter the window number.
To reorient only part of the image, click Select Region and then drag the mouse across the area in the Image window.
Select the wavelengths that you are interested in.
To rotate the image, enter an angle in the Z Rotation field.
To shift the data, enter the distance in the Shift in XY field.
To skew the image, enter an angle in the Angle Between Axes field.
If you want to maintain the same relative pixel size in the rotated image, activate the Keep Cell Dimensions check box.
Click Do It.
Notes When Resample2D magnifies an image, it interpolates values to add pixels to the image. When it reduces an image, it combines or eliminates pixels to create a subset of the original pixel data. |
