Use the Ratio Graph to display the intensity of a channel relative to the intensity of another channel. This can be useful in studies such as colocalization. It is also helpful when you are using ratiometric dyes.
Open Ratio graph by selecting the Ratio option and then clicking Show Ratio Graph in the Data Inspector window. To populate the graph, click on a point in the Image window and, with the mouse over the window, press the space bar.
The File menu contains the following three choices:
