Open the Image Print window by choosing File | Print from the Image window.

To...

Print the image.

Print Overlay

Select Printer

Select an active printer from the list of available printers. This list includes only printers that have been added with the Manage Printers tool.

Select Media Type

Select the type of paper or transparency.

Select Size

Select the paper size.

Resolution

Select the print resolution. Higher resolutions result in better image quality but they require longer print times and more ink.

Ink

Select Gray or Color. (The Color option is available only when you are using a color printer.)

Image Orientation

Select a Portrait (vertical) or Landscape (horizontal) image orientation.

Position

Select the position where the image is centered. The options are Top, Center, and Bottom. The image is always centered left-right.

Image Scale

Change the scale (the image is enlarged if the number is greater than 1.00 or reduced if the number is less than 1.00). If you select a scale that is too large for the paper size, the program automatically reduces the scale to a value that allows the image to fit on the paper. The aspect ratio of the image is maintained.

Copies

Select the number of copies to print.

Print Utility

Check the ink levels, clean the print heads, and print a test pattern. (For Epson Inkjet printers only.)

Fit To Page

Maximize the image size to fill the page. The aspect ratio of the image is maintained.
