The Image Window View Menu

Use the View menu commands to change the appearance of the display in the Image window. These commands do not affect the data stored in the image file.

To

Color

Switch between viewing the data in color (multi-wavelength pseudo-colored red/green/blue) or grayscale. (When in Grayscale mode, only one channel is displayed at a time.)

Blended Colors

Activating this check box allows you to Select Blended Colors for each wavelength of your final images when you are using Basic Color mode.

Select Image Colors...

Choose the colors used to represent each wave (bank or channel) of data. Default image colors are estimated by comparing the wavelength values of each wave.

Select Blended Colors

Select a color for each wavelength of your final images when you are using the Basic Color mode.

Select Graphics Colors...

Specify the default overlay graphics color for each wavelength.

Show Min/Max

Change the color of pixels below the lower scale cutoff to cyan (to adjust the noise floor), and values above the upper scale cutoff (saturated values) to magenta.

Show Section Label

Show or hide the section number.

Montage

View image data as a grid of consecutive sections. The lowest numbered section is in the upper left corner of the grid of images.

Movie

Animate scrolling through sections or time points.

Lock Waves

Scroll the data in all of the wavelengths together. With this option off, only the data in the selected (or current) wave is scrolled.

Sync Waves

Synchronize the Z section and the Time Point of all the wavelengths in the image.

Zoom Up

Make the image in the Image window larger.

Note You can also use CRTL-Z or use the mouse.

Zoom Down

Make the image in the Image window smaller.

Note You can also use ALT-Z or use the mouse.

Zoom to Fit Window

Expand the image to fit the size of the image window.

Specify Image Size

Specify the exact size for the image drawing area in pixels.
