main menu, select the Microtiter Plate
icon. A representation of
the microtiter plate is displayed in the Plate View window.
The Plate View window opens with the interaction mode set to Visit (as shown above).
2. Use the mouse to click on a well near the center of the plate graphic. This will move the plate carrier to its center position so that a plate can be easily loaded.
3. Load a plate into the plate carrier as follows:
a. Insert the right edge of the selected plate onto the right edge of the plate carrier.
b. Depress the spring-loaded stabilizer in the top-left corner of the plate carrier.
c. Release the stabilizer so that it rests against the corner of the plate.
When loaded properly, the microtiter plate should be level in the plate carrier.
