Use the Manage Printers dialog box as an administrator tool to:
Open the Manage Printers window by choosing Utilities | Manage Printers from the Main program window.

Available Printers |
Display a list of the available printers. |

Remove Printer |
Remove the printer shown in Available Printers. |

Select Driver |
Select the printer driver for a new printer. |

Select Interface |
Select the printer interface for communicating with the driver associated with a new printer. The options are: Parallel, Network, and USB. |

Network Address |
Enter the IP address of the network printer (If the selected interface is Network). |
|
Network Port |
Enter the port number of the network printer (If the selected interface is Network). |
|
Add Printer |
Add a new printer to the system. |
|
Done |
Close the Manage Printers window. |
