After you acquire data, you'll typically need to process it before you view it or analyze it. Use the following softWoRx tools to process data:
Image Correction Tools correct errors caused by photobleaching, inconsistent illumination intensity, and CCD defects. They are also used to normalize intensity data, calibrate images, align adjacent images, and correct for shifts in color.
Deconvolving tools improve image contrast by relocating signal scatter and out-of-focus information in the images. The Constrained Iterative Deconvolution tool is preferred for most applications. Alternatively, you can use the Nearest Neighbor tool.
softWoRx Filters emphasize different parts of the image data to prepare it for modeling and other types of analysis.
Stitch "stitches" together images that are organized as either a series of time points or Z sections. Each time point, or Z section, is treated as a panel of the stitched image.
