Use the Resolve 3D Settings window to control image display, camera settings, and output options:
The Display tab options allow you to control how images are displayed.
The Files tab options allow you to specify output options for files and macros.
The Imaging tab options can be used to specify camera settings.
The Illumination tab options allow you to adjust the field stop aperture and the type illumination switching (Critical/Köhler).
The Autofocus tab options allow you to set parameters for autofocus, including the channel to use for autofocus, the contrast calculation method to use (Auto, Fluorescence, or Brightfield), the Z test step and maximum Z test range, and the post-autofocus Z offset.
The Lasers tab options are available for use if you have the optional QLM Module installed. The options allow you to view which lasers are installed in the QLM Laser Chassis, view status for the installed lasers, view the position of the Beam Expander, and control the laser voltage values and the duration of the laser pulse.
The Misc tab options allow you to select or clear Lost Motion Compensation or to select a filter wheel configuration (if your system is configured for an alternate filter wheel).
Open the Settings window by clicking the Settings
icon on the Resolve3D window. Use the following Resolve3D Settings window
buttons to apply and save settings.
