Use the UltimateFocus options button to set up UltimateFocus parameters for a time-lapse experiment.
From the Time-lapse tab on the Design tab, activate the UltimateFocus check box and then select the UltimateFocus Options button. The UltimateFocus Options window is displayed.
In the Move Threshold field, enter the desired maximum measured focus error (in um) before a corrective action should be taken.
In the Maximum Iterations field, enter the maximum measure/move sequences for this action to reach the calibrated focus point.
Click the Done button.
Note: More iterations will take longer, but may provide better focus.. |
