Use Resample 2D to reorient or resize an image file that contains three dimensional data section-by-section.
Open Resample2D by choosing View | Resample2D from the softWoRx main menu.
|
Use |
To... |
Input, Output, Select region, Reset, Details,Wavelengths |
Specify input data and output parameters as shown in Image Input and Output. |
|
Z Rotation |
Specify an angle (clockwise) to use to rotate each section. |
|
Shift in XY |
Shift the entire image by this amount. |
|
Angle Between Axes |
Specify an angle between the X and Y axes. If other than 90, the image will be skewed by this amount. |
|
Magnification in XY |
Specify magnification factors for the image. Values greater than 1 will yield magnification. (The new image is created by bilinear interpolation.) |
|
XY Reduction Factor |
Enter reduction factors greater than 1 to yield a smaller image. The XY Reduction Factors are simply the inverse of the Magnification in XY factors. |
|
Output XY Size |
Specify the size of the output image. (Output XY Size and Magnification in XY are dependant on one another.) |
|
Keep Cell Dimensions |
Keep the X and Y pixel size constant. If unselected, a new size is calculated, based on the current settings for Magnification in XY and Shift in XY. |
|
Done |
Close the Resample2D window. |
