Acquire

Collect and display an image from the microscope with the current settings. This image is only displayed in the Data Collection window. It is not saved in a disk file for later use.
Tip Clicking the mouse button with the mouse pointer on the Resolve3D window opens a pop-up menu with several useful commands.
Continuous
Acquire

Open the Continuous Acquire window to collect and display images continuously. These images are displayed only; they are not saved in a disk file. See Continuous Acquire Parameters for details.
Snapshot

Launch a tool that allows you collect a single 2-D, multi-wavelength "Snapshot" image using the current settings. If you need to collect a Z series, time-lapse image, or other complex scheme, you will need to design an experiment with the Resolve3D Experiment Designer.
Experiment
