Use Save To File to save image data from the current window to an output destination, optionally scaling the data.
Open the Save File window by choosing File | Save from the Image window.

Do It |
Save the file. After you click Do It, the button changes to Interrupt (if the process is interruptible). If you click Interrupt, you will need to confirm that you really want to interrupt the processing. Depending on the processing, the output file or window either remains incomplete or is removed. |
Done |
Close the window. Click Done when you have finished everything you were doing with the application tool window. |
Scale to Display Min/Max |
Scale the output data. When Scale to Display Min/Max is on and the output data type is either 16-Bit integer or 8-Bit, the output data is scaled according to the current intensity scale factors in use. The output data is scaled to fit within the smallest and largest value that the output data type can handle. |
