Use the Save Photoshop window to save the visible contents of an image window as an Adobe Photoshop® 24-bit, RGB color, image file. You can choose to:
Save the image with the overlay graphics (scale markers, etc) merged into a single image.
Save the image without the overlay graphics.
Save only the overlay graphics.
To open the Save Photoshop window, choose File | Save As Photoshop from the Image window menu.
