The options in the Select Graphics Colors window allow you to choose the colors of tools in the Image window such as Line Profile and the ROI selection tool.
From the Image window menu, choose View | Select Graphics Colors to open the Select Graphics Colors window.
If the image is displayed in Grayscale mode, select a color in the Grayscale Graphics Color option list.
If the image is displayed in Color mode, choose a color for each wave in the three Wave... Graphics Color option lists.
Click Done.
