Use Table Saving Options to save pixel information that is displayed in the table at the bottom of the Data Inspector window.
Open Table Saving Options by choosing Options | Table Saving... from the Data Inspector window.

Save As Vertical Table |
Save the pixel intensities as a vertically oriented table, rather than a two dimensional, row column type table. The column and row positions of each image pixel are saved in the first two columns and the pixel intensity is saved in the third column. |

Include Histogram |
Include the intensity histogram at the end of the table. |
