Open, edit, or save a macro or close the window. Note Experiment macro files have the extension ".exp" by default and are located in your home directory or another directory that is specified as the "Experiment Macro Directory" in the User Parameters dialog box. |

Select and specify options to design an experiment macro in one of the following sub-tabs. • Standard tab - Design a standard data collection experiment. • Photokinetics tab - Design a PhotoKinetic experiment. This tab is available only when you have an optional Laser Module. •
Localization tab - Design a Localization experiment. This tab
is available only when you have an optional Laser Module. |

Select options in preparation for running the selected experiment macro (displayed in the Design/Run Experiment window title bar). |
