To deconvolve several images:
Choose Process | Deconvolve or Process | Nearest Neighbor from the softWoRx main menu and enter the deconvolution options as shown in To deconvolve an image or To deconvolve an image with Nearest neighbor.
Click Run Options to open the Deconvolution Run Options window (or the Nearest Neighbor Run Options window).
In the Run Options option list, select Add to Queue. Then click Close.
Click Data Folder to open the data folder in the file manager.
Drag the file name from the file manager to the Input field. Then click Do It to add the file to the queue.
The file is added to the queue and displayed in the Queue Manager.
|
CAUTION Do not log out or close the Queue Manager window until the files are deconvolved. Logging out or closing this window removes the queue without saving it and cancels all deconvolutions. |
Repeat Step 5 for each of the remaining files that you want to add to the queue. (If your file names are all the same except for the last digit (e.g. 040600aq01, 040600aq02, etc.), you can simply overwrite the last digit and press Do It for each file.)
In the Queue Manager window, choose one of the following options:
To perform the deconvolutions immediately, click Start Now.
To perform the deconvolutions later, click Start Later and select a time on the fields that appear next to this field.
As the files are deconvolved, the deconvolution status is displayed in the Queue Manager.
When Finished is displayed in the queue manager, close the Queue Manager window.
