To mark points in Resolve3D:
Move to the desired point.

TIP: you can set the Z step size in the dZ field. |
Focus on the sample while looking through the eyepieces. Then acquire an image to execute an LMC move and verify that the image is in the best focal plane. Repeat this step if necessary until the image is in focus. Do not use the microscope focus knob after you complete this step. Use the Resolve3D controls instead.
On the Resolve3D window, click
to mark the point.
The X, Y, and Z coordinates are displayed in the Point List window.
To mark an additional point, move to the point and repeat Step 3.
