To render a volume:

1. Open an image file.

2. From the softWoRx main menu, choose View | Volume Viewer.

3. In the Input field, enter the desired Image window number.

4. Click Select Region.

5. Draw a rectangle around the region of interest by dragging the mouse to form a rectangle. Scroll through the Z sections to insure the region of interest includes all the image information that you want to include.

6. Set the Viewing Parameters and Movie Options.

7. Click Do It to begin processing the image data. As softWoRx renders the image, the Generating Projections message appears in the Status Bar.

8. Use one of the following methods to view the projection:

   Adjust the vertical Z scroll bar.
   -or-
   Choose View | Movie from the Output Image window and deselect Paused at the bottom of the Movie window.
