To rotate an image interactively:

Open an image file.
From the softWoRx main menu, choose View | Volume Viewer to open the Volume Viewer window.
In the Volume Viewer Input field, enter the window number of the image file.
To identify the region of interest, use Select Region.
To open the Interactive Volume Viewer Parameters dialog box, click Interactive in the Volume Viewer window.
In the Current Wavelength field, select the desired wavelength.
In the Resolution During Move option, select Low.
In the Current Angles field, enter a value or move the cursor across the image to rotate the image to the desired orientation. (As you rotate the volume, the coordinates are displayed in the Current Angles field in the Interactive Volume Viewer Parameters window and in the Start Angles field in the Volume Viewer window.)
When you are satisfied with the orientation of the image, click Done in the Interactive Volume Viewer Parameters window.
