To use AutoFocus in an Experiment Macro:

  1. In the Design/Run Experiment window, click the Time-lapse tab.

  2. At the bottom of the Time-lapse tab options, select Autofocus before imaging.

    3. When the experiment runs, AutoFocus is performed before each time point.

Note:  AutoFocus is available only for DeltaVision systems.
