You can view movies of Z sections or time-lapse data. If your data includes more than one Z section, you can create and view a 3D movie of the projected data. If your data includes both multiple time and Z section data, you can create a 2D projection and view a time-lapse movie of that projection.
Choose from the following methods:
To view a movie of Z sections or time-lapse data
To view a time-lapse movie of a 2D projection
To view a 3D movie:
Open a .r3D movie file that was created from a volume rendered image in the Image window.
From the main softWoRx window, choose View | Movie to open the Movie window.
Deselect the Paused check box.
To view a time-lapse movie of a 2D projection
Tip You can also view a movie by selecting File | Save As Movie from the Image window and then selecting Preview in the Save Movie window. |
Note When the Movie menu is opened from the main softWoRx menu, controls for all currently open (and not iconified) windows are shown on the Movie menu. When it is opened from the View menu of an individual image window, only that window is controlled by the Movie tool. |
