Selecting and Viewing Data

softWoRx displays images in the Image window. You can use controls and settings to:

• Open an image file

• Scroll Z sections of several files simultaneously

• Select which wavelengths to view

• View a montage

• View cross sections

You can set a Scale bar on an image to show the scale of a point of interest. You can also set options that control how zoomed images and tools (e.g., Line Profile) are displayed. The softWoRx application allows you to:

• Display a Scale Bar on the image

• Enable smoothing of zoomed views

• Select tool colors

You can also use softWoRx to:

• Adjust brightness and contrast

• Set colors and grayscale parameters
