Use the Interactive Volume Viewer Parameters to control how the volume is displayed when you rotate it interactively. (Rotating an image interactively can help you to improve the viewing angle for rotation around a plane of interest.)
Open Interactive Volume Viewer Parameters by clicking Interactive on the Volume Viewer window.

Current Angles |
Specify the rotation angle (in X, Y, and Z). The values change as you move the cursor around in the interactive window (with the left mouse button down). You can also enter specific values for X, Y, and Z angles. |

Return the angle values to 0, 0, 0. |

Resolution During Move |
Set the resolution of the image as it is rotated. (As you hold the mouse button down, the data is sampled more coarsely. When you release the mouse button, the image is rendered with full resolution.)
